Our team can design fair, consistent shortlisting processes and provide structured interview guidance to support confident hiring decisions. We also offer support in implementing a Disability Confident strategy, helping you attract, recruit, and retain disabled candidates in a way that promotes inclusivity and compliance. Throughout the process, we ensure your recruitment practices meet Safer Recruitment standards, including guidance on Right to Work checks, references, DBS screening, and other pre-employment vetting. To support long-term success, we also help build onboarding processes that improve engagement and retention from day one.


Cancellation Policy

Platinum HR Consultancy – Online Booking Policy At Platinum HR Consultancy, we are committed to delivering flexible, client-focused HR support. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience when booking our services, please review our online booking policy below. 1. Free Initial Consultation We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to all new clients. This session is designed to discuss your current HR challenges and explore how Platinum HR can support your needs. The consultation will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams. No obligations or fees are attached to this initial consultation. 2. Booking Services All services beyond the initial consultation are: Chargeable at the relevant rate, as quoted or listed in your service agreement. Delivered onsite at the client’s premises, remotely, or via Microsoft Teams, based on your preference and service suitability. 3. Consultation Charges Any consultation or meeting after the initial free session will be charged according to our standard consultancy rates. A minimum booking duration may apply depending on the nature of the service required. 4. Booking Process All appointments must be booked through our online system or by contacting us directly via email or phone. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is accepted. For paid consultations or services, an invoice will be sent prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. 6. Platform & Accessibility Online meetings will be hosted via Microsoft Teams. A link will be shared with you ahead of the session. No downloads are necessary to join via browser.
